All of our appliances are delivered through our affiliated national shippers. You may select Standard or White Glove Delivery for these items.

($25 handling fee per order)
Major appliances will be delivered to the curbside/driveway of your home only for only $69.99 on orders under $999. The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time.

As part of this service major appliances will be brought into your home, unpacked, and placed where you like for only $159.98 on orders under $999. The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time.

Most of our smaller items are shipped via UPS or FEDEX. (Standard Delivery)

*Our transit time has averaged 11.9 days over the past 1000 deliveries we have performed.
Delivery destination needs to be readily accessible by delivery trucks. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Extremely remote locations may take an extra week. Major & professional appliance in-home White glove delivery could take an additional week. Small items like cooktops and microwaves will be shipped directly to you by parcel services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, or UPS and should arrive within 2 to 3 weeks). If you do not receive your order within these time parameters, please call us so we may track your order.
+Special order items typically take 6-8 weeks. They could take longer depending on manufacturer availability.
APO's or PO Boxes.
We are unable to ship to to APO's or PO Boxes.
Damaged Shipments.
It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly once it arrives. Though the box and packaging may seem perfect, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage. If you notice damage to the product, please call us within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a return authorization number (see policies below).
If the appliance has minor damage and in the interest of time and convenience you may choose to have a factory authorized repair person fix the appliance.
Delivery & Installation Details
In order to make sure delivery and installation goes well, please read the following information for items that may need further hook up.
Refrigerators
Refrigerators that have an automatic icemaker or water dispenser need to have the water lines hooked up. To have the lines installed, you can purchase one from a local hardware store and install it yourself or arrange installation from a local appliance servicer for what is usually a nominal charge.
Make sure you have enough area for the refrigerator to fit into the space you want it to go and there is a reasonable delivery path to the area.
Electric Ranges and Dryers
Wall sockets vary from home to home as different municipalities have different codes. Electric ranges and dryers do not come with an electric cord. Please check the electrical outlet type in your home, and purchase the appropriate cord from a local hardware store. Many of our clients install the appliance themselves; if you are unsure about hook-up you may arrange installation from a local appliance servicer for what is usually a nominal charge.
Gas Range and Dryers
Gas appliances are shipped without connecting gas lines and installation is not included in delivery. If you are unsure about hook-up you may arrange installation from a local appliance servicer for what is usually a nominal charge.
Washing Machines
Standard length water and drain hoses (typically 3-4 feet) are included with new washers for installation. If you are unsure about hook-up you may arrange installation from a local appliance servicer for what is usually a nominal charge.
Dishwashers
Installation and hook-up is not part of delivery. You may purchase parts for installation from a local hardware store or if you are unsure about hook-up you may arrange installation from a local appliance servicer.
Built-In Appliances
These appliances require installation which is not part of delivery. We highly recommend you use an experienced tradesman familiar with installing built-in appliances. As these installations are often custom, it is recommended you get more than one quote and chose a company you feel comfortable with. Built-in appliances include but are not limited to wall-ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, warming drawers, built-in refrigerators, built-in and over the range microwaves.
Do-It-Yourself Alternatives
GE offers telephone assistance to help with appliance installation and hook ups if you so choose. The accessory parts for appliance hook ups are commonly available at most hardware stores or appliance service companies. The GE Helpline can be contacted at 1-800-626-2000.

Number 1 Direct by Goedeker's Total Satisfaction Guarantee
You may initiate the return of an item within the first 15 days from the shipment date. We will gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
Return Procedure
If you decide you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective (please see Damage Policy below). To get a return authorization, contact us and we will arrange for the carrier to pick the item up from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.

- Shipping fees are not refundable
- A minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged ONLY if the merchandise is NOT returned in new unused condition, is not returned in its original box, is missing packing material, manuals, any accessories, or the UPC code off the box.
- Clearance items are not returnable unless there is damage during shipping.

Number 1 Direct by Goedeker's Return or Exchange of Damaged Product Procedure
Please initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving your product if it has been damaged or is defective. We will arrange for the carrier to pick the item up from your home. Once the product arrives at Number 1 Direct by Goedeker's, we will either issue a refund or we will exchange your product and send a new one out to you. If you have received a defective unit, many manufacturers may require a simple service call to address or diagnose the issue. We will be happy to assist you with any service issues.
Manufacturer’s Warranty and Defective Product
Number 1 Direct by Goedeker's is an Authorized Retailer for every brand we sell. All items come with a full manufacturer’s warranty, normally of one full year. Any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and won't need to be returned. You can contact the manufacturer directly. The number for service is usually in their use and care manual. If there is ever a problem or question, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you and make sure your problem is handled.

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing order without any fee. Any cancelled orders after that time could be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To cancel call us immediately.

Protection Plus Extended Service
Protection Plus offers you the option of extending the manufacturers warranty for a period of, two, three, or five continuous years of free parts and labor coverage (including the maufacturers warranty period) on the appliacable new appliance purchased under the same terms and conditions as the original manufacturers warranty.
Extended warranty covers all parts, labor charges and service calls to your home.

Ice Makers
This warranty covers the major component of your appliance for a period of ten full years from the date of purchase. Labor and trip charges are not covered during the extended period of coverage beyond the original term of this service contract.
