When will my delivery arrive?

As soon as the order is processed we will schedule a shipper for delivery to your home. The delivery company will contact you directly for convenient delivery times. There are many different delivery options and we choose the best and safest for your new appliances.

Normal delivery time for large appliances is 2-3 weeks.

Professional appliances may require longer.

Remote locations may require an extra week.

 

What are the delivery options?

UPS or FedEx - For smaller items such as some range hoods, microwaves, and small accessories.

Normal delivery time is 2 to 7 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

Freight - For all large appliances like refrigerators, ranges, and laundry, etc.

Normal delivery time is 2-3 weeks.

These will be delivered to curb-side, driveway only. No steps included. The shipping company will contact you directly for a convenient time.

IMPORTANT

Please open the product before you sign the delivery receipt and check for damage. If the product is damaged please refuse delivery, note it on the delivery paperwork that you refused the shipment and contact us immediately.

 

White Glove Delivery - Only $89.99 per order regardless of how many pieces you order. The product will be brought into your home, unpacked, and set-in place. Does not include installation of new or removal or uninstallation of old units.  Up to one flight of stairs included. If you notice any damage please contact us immediately. Please note that drivers will not remove the cartons, because we advise you to dispose of them only after installation is complete. Must be a clear level path to where you want appliances. Snow, ice, or mud may prohibit delivery. It is the customer responsibility to insure item can fit to where they want the product to go. Please measure that appliances will fit through all door openings etc.

Do you ship to APO's or PO Boxes?

No at this time we are unable to ship to to APO's or PO Boxes.

 

Damaged Shipments.

It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. Though the box and packaging may seem perfect, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call us immediately and we will issue a return authorization number. If damage issues arise after signing for the merchandise, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper. Therefore a thorough inspection of all merchandise is important before signing.

If the appliance has minor damage and in the interest of time and convenience you may choose to have a factory authorized repair person fix the appliance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Delivery & Installation Details

In order to make sure delivery and installation goes well, please read the following information for items that may need further hook up.

 

Refrigerators

Refrigerators that have an automatic icemaker or water dispenser need to have the water lines hooked up. To have the lines installed, you can purchase one from a local hardware store and install it yourself or arrange installation from a local appliance servicer for what is usually a nominal charge.

Make sure you have enough area for the refrigerator to fit into the space you want it to go and there is a reasonable delivery path to the area.

 

Electric Ranges and Dryers

Wall sockets vary from home to home as different municipalities have different codes. Electric ranges and dryers do not come with an electric cord. Please check the electrical outlet type in your home, and purchase the appropriate cord from a local hardware store. Many of our clients install the appliance themselves; if you are unsure about hook-up you may arrange installation from a local appliance servicer for what is usually a nominal charge.

 

Gas Range and Dryers

Gas appliances are shipped without connecting gas lines and installation is not included in delivery. If you are unsure about hook-up you may arrange installation from a local appliance servicer for what is usually a nominal charge.

 

Washing Machines

Standard length water and drain hoses (typically 3-4 feet) are included with new washers for installation. If you are unsure about hook-up you may arrange installation from a local appliance servicer for what is usually a nominal charge.

 

Dishwashers

Installation and hook-up is not part of delivery.  You may purchase parts for installation from a local hardware store or if you are unsure about hook-up you may arrange installation from a local appliance servicer.

 

Built-In Appliances

These appliances require installation which is not part of delivery. We highly recommend you use an experienced tradesman familiar with installing built-in appliances. As these installations are often custom, it is recommended you get more than one quote and chose a company you feel comfortable with. Built-in appliances include but are not limited to wall-ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, warming drawers, built-in refrigerators, built-in and over the range microwaves.
